Excusite EJ LTD????? Newbie wanting help

I have a spoon that measures 4 1/8 inches long with a purple stone on the top. On the back it says EXCUSITE.E.J.LTD with a Anchor a Lion and then a W

I am looking for manufacturer or info...

Hi Mell-

The anchor is for Birmingham, lion is for sterling silver and the W is for 1971. I do not know who E.J. Ltd is, someone here may be able to help you here. Here is where to find the anchor and lion, your date and maker is not shown however.
