Need help identifying all marks.

This is a british sterling porringer. I believe the crown is that of an Earl. Not sure who the maker is at this point.

Your piece is interesting in that it is a "Britannia Standard" piece; that is, the silver content is (I believe) 958/1000, higher than the traditional Sterling content of 925/1000.

It is marked for London, 1933. I do not know who the maker is.
