Help with marks please

I was given this as a gift
Although i realise that the marks are London 1897, can you please tell me what extra 'F' means. Also the third image shows what I believe to be import marks, what are these please?
Lastly, the maker's mark has me stumped as well

Well the F stands for foreign, I imagine the TH is the importer's mark. Perhaps the maker's mark is that Co?.

The foreign mark, on closer inspection, looks like a Large 'C' a small 'o' and a large (rubbed) 'I'
