Hi,

Can you post an image of the complete item and images of all of the marks in one shot as it's difficult to see where the marks start and finish.

sorry trev this is the best I have.. the USB microscope cant zoom out lose focus

The maker is probably Edward Witham. The pipe-fittings appear to be assayed at London in 1821.
