Does anyone know who the maker of this 1939 caddy spoon is?

Hi Miles. The only maker I can think of in London at that time was James Walker but I thought it was JW limited not and Co.....maybe he joined with someone else or employed others at some point.
Best wishes, Mike.

Don't know if he made spoons also, but there was a London watchcase maker who entered a JW & Co mark in 1915, Joseph Walton.
