Cufflinks - Can anyone help with Hallmarks?? ty x

I have some old Silver cufflinks and they have a Hallmark, looks like 2 letters, possibly FF or AF ... I've searched several scenarios but I can't find anything like it. The Shield is also like the outline of the Leather mark on leather goods, which is a bit confusing. Can anybody help with the mark and possibly the age. Thank you in advance xx
