Tom

The Company is Wakely and Wheeler, (London), James Wakely and Frank Clarke Wheeler, as a matter of interest the firm is a continuation of one founded by John Lias in 1791 and continued trading until 1958 when the firm was acquired by Padgett & Braham Ltd.

The company of Wakley & Wheeler was also registered in Dublin

There is a lot of information of the way the company was handed down through sons etc down the ages probaly to much for this reply
