Unknown Silver marking

Hello, I have a Silver Goblet from 1909 London, and the Indexes I've searched on do not recognize the initials on the left. I myself cannot see if they are "B&T" or "R&T." If anyone has any idea the Silver smith who made this, please let me know. Thank you.
