Partial maker mark - difficult to ID

Hi,
I am having difficulty matching this silversmith's maker mark. Because of the partial margin, it is difficult to get a positive ID from my own research. I do believe the box is 1753, London, but any help you can give in the maker would be gratefully appreciated.
