Help with maker please AT&SN - 3 1/4" dia saucer

This London made sterling saucer stamped with an "e" seems to be made in 1960 (my thanks to Miles) however I can't find the maker AT & SN. Any help would be gratefully received.

This was made in 1960; I don't know the maker though.
