Napkin ring

Hello community,
I found this napkin ring and wonder if anyone can tell me more about it. All I got so far is that it was make in London and its sterling silver 925. I cannot assign the first two items though...

Hi,
The marks from left to right:
1.Maker`s (sponsor`s) mark Edward Barnard & Sons Ltd,Hatton Garden, London.Registered 1910.
2.Date letter for 1918.
3.Lion passant for sterling silver standard.
4.Leopard`s head for London Assay Office.
