Tiffany? teaspoons unknow pattern.

Hello,1925, London, T and Co. Which I assume it Tiffany and Co, am I right? Does anybody know what is the name of this pattern?

Not Tiffany. T&Co is Toyé & Co. They were registered as "Masonic Outfitters & Jewellers" but also made souvenir spoons. The spherical bits on the handle look as if they may be meant to represent lawn bowls so the spoons may have been made for a bowls club or as a general bowls award.

Thank you. Is the first time I see the spoon hallmarked in the bowl (besides the french way of hallmarking) and I was curious about that. Is true it might be a souvenir spoon from a sport, but not completely convinced about it.
