who is maker TW London 1901 on a buckle ?

I inherited this beautiful buckle from my great-aunt.

I would like to know the name of the maker : TW in diamond shape.
The buckle is 8cm x 4,5cm
marked London reg 1901

from your description and without the benefit of an image the TW in a diamond is the mark for Thomas White a small worker registered in London.
