help with hallmark Charles Rawlings & William Summers

Hello, can someone please tell me the specific date of this? I'm afraid my eyes can't distinguish the date mark. I know its mid-19th century, but looking for something more exact. I checked the hallmarks page, I just cannot figure it out.
