What a fantastic looking piece, what l can tell you is that it was assayed in London in 1911,The maker l cannot find l am sure some one will on here very soon.
l know that Tiffanys was an American firm of manufacturing and retail goldsmiths, silversmiths and jewellers and first opened a London Branch in 1868, Then in 1891, it opened a shop at 221, Regent Street under the managment of Albert William Fearearyear *
In 1923 the London Branch moved to 23 & 25 Maddox Street, later it moved to 44 New Bond Street where it remaned until its closure circa 1941
* Albert William Fearearyear was a plate worker mark entered 29th Feb 1892

Hi Tom,
I think the mark may be that of George Howson, reg. in London 1896.
Regards, Tom
