Unknown Maker marks an country of production

Hello. I have this beautiful case. From what I know it was imported to England and thats it.

Hi,
To me, that looks like a sponsor's mark of Asprey & Co. Ltd. (A&Co.Ltd_).
London import marks for 1939.
