Jubilee Powder Box

I have here a Jubilee marked powder box. Can anyone tell me more about the maker "WB & S Ltd"? In addition there's another "7" mark on the box. Any idea where this could be stand for?

Not sure what the 7 denotes but the maker's mark is that of William Bruford & Son Ltd, silver workers. The mark was first registered 30th September 1913. as William Bruford & Son.
