1866 Silver Spoon with Gothic Hallmark in a heart

Hi

I have looked on several websites to try to identify this silver maker. I think the year is 1866. Any help would be gratefully appreciated. Thank you.

The letters in the heart-shaped punch are FH and are the initials of Francis Higgins. The mark is that of the Portland Company Ltd, Francis Higgins being the company manager. The mark was first registered in August 1859 and the company went into voluntary liquidation in 1863 so I wonder if the date letter is actually "f" for 1861.

Wow thank you so much!! I was convinced the first letter was a G and spent several hours searching today to no avail, now you have told me I have found it under F. That is so wonderful thank you again Phil.
