Makers mark NM on dressing table set

I have worked out that the date for this is, I believe, 1894 but the only maker I can find for this mark is Nathaniel Mills but the dates do not seem to tie in ?? I have 6 pieces of this dressing table set and they appear to be of excelent quality.

Dated certainly correctly but Nathaniel Mills work was assayed out of Birmingham...No idea who it is but would be pleased to find out. I am sure someone will know.
