Walking stick - silver embellishments

I have a malacca cane which was my grandfather's and it has two silver embellishments on it. From the hallmarks on the stem I think this is London 1918 and those on the end of the handle suggest London 1919. However, there are different makers marks on each piece. Grateful if anyone can confirm my dating and secondly - any idea who the two makers are?

I would say that the dates were b 1917/18 and c 1918/9. The changeover of the letters is in May, so items arriving in for assay at the same time at the end of April, can be marked for different years, especially at this time as the war was on and there would have been a shortage of staff.
The fact that the different pieces were made by different firms is down to speciality, items bought in for the swagger stick, from A & B by the final constructor C.
I am afraid I cannot make out the marks of the makers, but there may be three there in total.
