This is a London mark (Britannia rather than Hibernia) with the leopard's head erased mark for Britannia standard silver. After looking through my copy of Grimwade I have found that this is the mark of a maker I haven't seen before: Petley Ley, entered as a largeworker 30 June 1715. For reference it's Grimwade's mark #1915.
