Tongs marked SA

Hello Again.
Hope everyone had a nice weekend and found some great silver items.
I picked up this piece, and could use some assistance with the mark.
Left facing lion, and what looks like SA to me.
Same two marks on the inside of both finger rings.
I wasn't sure what section of British hallmarks to post in, so I just put it here in London section.
5 inches long, and 32.5 grams.
