Hi Ben,
Your caddy spoon(as in tea caddy spoon) looks to me to be the work of John Lambe (I.L - look at it upside down) but is most unusual in not having a date letter. The lack of leopard head for London on a piece of flatware is common at this time, but when assayed, should have had the date letter stamped along with the sterling lion passant.
His second registered mark looks to me like yours and was in use for a few years prior to the1784 introduction of the George III duty mark, so it ties in nicely.
Wait and see what some of our more knowledgeable members have to say.
In the meantime, you requested help identifying another caddy spoon. The picture is too small for me to id the hallmarks. Could you please post a close up in the other post.
