London 1899 Import J.S. with unknown additional marks

Hi Again,

I recently acquired this piece. I am assuming it is a bud vase as it is only 7.5" tall but very beautiful. It has the standard London 1899 lion with an import oval F on it. I believe the importer is John George Smith but my real question is that there are 2 other marks on the reverse (Bird under crown? / flower?) that I am not sure what they are. Since the piece is imported maybe they are another countries marks?

I apologize for the quality of the pictures, my cell phone camera is the best i have.
