No (worn) date letter. Can't find "JT" in Jackson's. Faux?

Best,
Thomas

Hi Thomas,
It would be good to read the thoughts of others, but I would go for John Pollock (Grimwade 1596). Although the 'P' is not formed properly, this may perhaps be due to debris fouling the punch.
Pollock entered this mark on the 26th June 1739.

I think Trev may have it. I too felt that the second initial could not be a T but had not got as far in exploring the other possibilities (was looking at JDs and not feeling they could be right!).
