Hanoverian teaspoon with "basket of flowers" drop

Here is a little Hanoverian teaspoon with a "basket of flowers" drop. The maker's mark is difficult to read. It looks like T ? over (perhaps) WW. Jacksons has a Thomas Devonshire and William Watkins, but that mark has two pellets whereas my spoon only has one, in the middle. Does anyone know of any variations in their mark or can you suggest another maker?

As you say it is difficult to see,the mark TD over WW is a mark entered as Devonshire & Watkins as large workers in 1756, then there is a mention of them in partnership in Heals as spoonmakers from 1756 to 1773,so does seem possible
