Who is the maker of this spoon?

HI
Who is the maker of this London 1816 basting spoon? Is it possible to identify him out of the several with initials I.B? I was thinking it might be John Brydie primarily due to the slight slanting to the left of the letter I but he only registered that mark in 1824.
