Silver photo frame date style please help

I recently bought this Silver photo frame but cannot date it. I also do not know what style it is please help I would be gratefull.

The date letter, an "H" in script, looks like 1980. Your piece was assayed in London (the cat's face). I don't recognise the maker ("KS") I'm afraid.

The style looks rather like a barroque imitation, perhaps based on something from colonnial Mexico?
