The marks are quiet rubbbed, but some can be read and the shape' of the sheilds can be made out. Can you help with dating it. Any help greatfully received.

Thank you for the help. I had kind of worked the date out, but it was the maker that I was not sure of. It's great to know who its by.
This may just get me back into collecting silver. I used to have quiet a few pease's, but had a lot stollen.
