British Sterling Silver Frame, London Need to ID Maker, Date

Would someone be so kind as to assist me?

I have identified this picture as British Sterling Silver made in London, England. I have lost my book of marks and three trips to 3 different bookstores has not helped me- no British books.

I need to know the maker and the date please. I needed 3 pictures because the 2 sets of marks are 7 inches apart at the bottom and I could not fit them together.

The maker's initials are KFL in capital letters then a small capital D in the right uppermost corner after the "L" almost like superscript.
