Another spoon with an unknown maker

Here is a Georgian spoon given as a wedding present. Assayed in London in 1802. The maker is either BC or RC; what does everyone think?

Thanks very much again Mike, I have a few more spoons I need your help on.

Why is the C in lower case on the previous spoon and in upper case on this one?

I think you'll find that the other is also upper case but the 'R' has been squashed and so looks bigger. Best wishes, Mike.
