London silver folder cover, need help to id maker.

HELLO
I have this nice silver folder cover which is marked S . S & the letter T seems to be the one from 1894.
Since this can mean one of several makers has anyone seen anything similar? its attached to a wooden board underneath.
Measures 9 inches wide & 11 inches tall. central cartouch has a crown with some figure on top. Inside is red leather.
Any help greatly apreciated.
