Tiny Antique Asian Bowl w Silver Rim / What is it?

It's about 2" in diameter. Three figurative images on sides. Marks on silver rim as well as on bottom of bowl (not shown).
What is this bowl? Is it Asian? And what do marks represent - what maker? How old is it.
Thanks.

Hi Popart, welcome to the forum,

Open salt with silver rim. The silver rim is hallmarked for London, date letter perhaps an O for 1909. The maker’s mark looks rubbed out and over- struck by date letter.
