What is this?! Need help identifying hallmarks.

Hi believe the dish is made in London, other than that I can't seem to match the year, and what is more interesting is that there seems to be some extra hallmarks. Would love to find out more about the item, appreciated the help, thanks.

London import marks for 1889: F= foreign, O is date letter. TG is the sponsor (importer or importer's agent. Maybe someone else can put a name to the initials.

The other mark's will have been applied by the maker. Not something I know much about, but I would start with Hanau silver if trying to identify them.

Hi,

The importer was Thomas Glaser, he entered marks at the London Assay in 1885 and 1886.

Glaser appears to be an interesting character. It is likely that he was just a traveling agent for German firms, his addresses supplied to the London Assay Office turned out to be the postal addresses only for London hotels, and thus they cancelled his marks around 1894.

As agphile has suggested, this piece has its origin in Hanau, but the user of these marks is yet to be determined.
