Unknown marks

This small teapot has 4 marks. The young Queen's head, the letter D, a Brittania mark and a lions head facing to the left. Can anyone identify this item?

The marks you are showing is the Lion town mark for London used on Britannia 958 silver, with a date letter for 1879.
