London 1795 Blackberry Spoon - MakerMark?

I have a Blackberry Spoon. I can read the marks that say 1795 London but I can not identify the Makers Mark. Can somebody please help me identify the Silversmith?

Hello.

Looks to me to be George Smith and William Fearn.
