Punch Strainer

What looks to me like an 18th century punch strainer. Does anyone recognise the mark?

Dear Grandmaa

After comparing your picture of the maker’s mark with the maker’s mark in the book Netherland’s Responsibility marks from 1797. I come to the conclusion it is not made in the Netherland’s after 1797. Unless the spoon has any other Dutch duty, office or standards mark, it will be difficult to proof its origin. Could your mark perhaps be a German city mark?

Hi Miles,
Thought it might be provincial, turns out to be London made. See Grimwade #63, William and Aaron Lestourgeon.

I did check Grimwade, but clearly not very thoroughly!
Thank you for spotting it.
