Silver Tea Spoon - No City Mark

This is my first post, so hope its OK. I am trying to verify the history of a set of tea spoons handed down in the family. The spoon has a crest which could be three feathers and the initials MK.
With no city mark, I am unsure where to go for the makers mark which looks like GC.
Any help with background of the spoon would be appreciated.

Hi,

Welcome to the Forum.

That's London 1799, small London assayed pieces such as teaspoons were not struck with a city mark at this time.

For the maker, check out George Gray at:

Hi,

It appears to me, from what I see, that it's not a crest, just part of the bright cut engraving.
