Georgian Coffee Pot

This coffee pot is hallmarked on the exterior. It is identified as British sterling, made in London, in 1759. There isn't a maker's mark
There is a maker's mark on the underside. I haven't found this mark.
Did the maker put his stamp on the bottom? Or is it the mark of a craftsman who repaired the bottom?
