Hoping for help IDing this lovely London 1890/91 salt spoon (Onslow variant?). The maker's mark is poorly struck, could be perhaps WHI, or --B, E, L, P, or ??? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Hello Cheryl,

The mark looks to be that for William Henry Brewis who traded as Brewis & Co at 3 Marshall Street, Beak Street, London from 1890 to his death in February 1891.
