help with Hallmark PS &Co ?

Hello please can anyone shed any light on this hallmark?
It is on a clasp on an antique bag. I believe the date to be 1925 .

Your photo is not very clear, can your describe the details of the makers mark and the Hallmark.

Hello,
The first part is PS&Co the next is a K in an upside down shield ( I think its 1925)
Then there is the Lion and a Lions face. I believe this is for London.
