Help identifying 1707 tankard

I have a silver tankard which I believe from the marks is a London assayed 1707 piece but I cannot identify the first mark or find a maker
The marks are shown and on the handle is what I think is the makers mark - hard to see as it's very worn but appears to be FL or EL with dots around and in a heart or shield shape.
Please help...

Hi,

Only a possibility, John Fletcher (Grimwade 695) who entered an undated mark c.1699-1700. Although his mark in Grimwade's shows more of a cresent shape on the two top marks within the heart, this may possibley be from a bad impression taken at the time of entry at Goldsmiths Hall.
Heal records him working in Silver Street 1700-1705.
If you could try to take a clearer photo' or failing that make a drawing of the maker's mark it might lead to a better attribution.

Trev.

ls it possible to rephoto just the hallmarks ? the nearest l can find to the mark described is a John Fletcher, whos mark is in a heart shape and is F L with two small marks at the top, but this is not 100%

His mark is c1699-1700 but is marked as undated

if you cannot rephoto describe the other marks

Hi
Thanks guys - my camera will not get any closer as the mark is only about 8mm across but I have hand sketched what is there - please bear in mind the left side of the mark is worn away so there may be more to it that I cannot see.
Thanks again

There is a Britania and Lions head which I think show the London silver and the date mark is a stylised Y which is London's 1707
