SWS & Co Maker Info Help Please

Hey folks,
I am pretty new with this so I need your assistance. I have a tea pot that says SWS & CO as the maker hallmark, I did some digging on the internet and was able to get some information about the other marks. Can you please view the images and comment please (the quality of images are not as good as they could be .

Hi

Hmm, S, Walton Smith used the mark SWS in Birmingham in 1893. The marks are for London, 1910, so it may be possible that Mr. Smith had created a company and had registered his mark in London.
