Small Norwegian? beaker

Hi - help please with this small beaker. I think it is Norwegian, but hopefully someone can identify maker, town and date, It is just 6cm high. Many thanks in advance.

You think it is Norwegia? Based on that again a shot in the dark. SF could be Johan Siegfrid Cammermeyer Friis born 1817 in Haus/NO, master in Bergen 1843. Moved to Tromsø 11.6.1845. Worked there as goldsmith as from 1875(?) and died 24.6.1895.....but???
