Need help identifying maker AEA 13 1/4L on twisted spoon

Post by RuthM »

I have two different sets of silver twisted handle demitasse spoons. One set is marked AEA (no periods between letters but in a rectangular box) then 13 1/4L. I'm assuming they are Norwegian, but can't find any matching makers. Also tried Sweden & Finland. The other set is almost identical and marked MH Sterling 830s & I believe is Marius Hammer. 2 sets are so similar I was thinking both from Norway. Any information on who AEA might be or what it might mean is appreciated.

I'm new to forum and can't figure out how to post an image, so apologies

Thanks!
