Possible Marius Hammer Ladle - confirmation request

Hello,
These pictures show a ladle that I think was made by Marius Hammer in 1873 in Bergen, but I haven't been able to find any MH marks which include the combination of the 13 1/3 Loth with his mark MH and the date stamp. I would be grateful if one of the forum's contributors could confirm that my attribution is correct, or identify the correct maker and town.
