Swedish spoon - please help to identify the marks.

I do not have an extensive knowledge about antique silver. I would be grateful for any kind of information about this spoon.

Hi,
It is Sweden 1815 (date code I 3).
Unfortunately, town mark is badly (partially) struck; I cannot find any Swedish town mark of this form and if it is an oval mark, then there are many candidates because what`s inside the mark cannot be deciphered.

No problem, good sharp photos.
The town crest is three trees i.e. Uddevalla/SE. There we have Johan Patrick Ljungström, (IPL) active 1808-1830. The year mark is I3 and that is 1815.
