What date is W5 if the year marks do not include the letter W?

Also, who is the maker JHP?

The year is 1926. Sometimes W is used instead of V. The maker JHP is Juho Hesekiel Pekuri active in the town of Oulu 1884-1943. The Jugend (Modern Style) pattern is a variation of a still today popular pattern called "Suomi" originated from the turn of the century.
