the marks look swedish, but look for a mark with 3 crowns. Without that mark this is not silver but plated.

However, the cat's paw is missing, so it is most likely plated like Hose already mentioned. Actually a rather strange way of marking a plated object. Try to find the cat's paw (three crowns)

I tested the pipe, it is not silver plated, it is silver.
But I could not find three crowns.
Maybe someone can tell me what is the material the pipe made of?

(a soft white clay like material consisting of hydrated magnesium silicate)
