Norwegian IMSLAND Silver Spoon?

Greetings,
I believe this might be a Norwegian solid silver spoon (8 3/4"), but am not sure. It is marked "H. IMSLAN", but the ending "D" might be missing, making it IMSLAND. It has the look and feel of solid silver, and is monogrammed with initials and a date on the reverse at the top of the handle.
Any help in identifying the origin and maker would be greatly appreciated.
